This month I've finished a commission for a sculpture, my motorcycle project, and have another project well on the way. I feel more accomplished than I've felt all last year. Trying to keep the momentum, and let everybody else know about it too.

I have returned from the limbo of Lurkerdom. Invigorated with a new sense of purpose by finishing my Iron Man project, after watching it sit in a corner for two years, and shall now be updating regularly again. Heard that before have you? Yes, so have I. But this time I am actually trying to make my living with this type of thing, so I have to keep on it. Obviously I'm not a great one for posting on the internet, but I will endeavor to persevere. That is all. You may go back to your lives.

...and have been for some time, but have not seen fit to post much up here yet. So now I will. Turkey was cool. Or rather it was pleasantly warm, except for Cappidocia were it snowed and my little sister thought we were all going to die in the Turkish wilderness. I'll post some pictures when I can. Amtgard has been fun, weather permitting. I've been experimenting with a new greatsword design with an extended cross guard. It's heavy, but shows promise at foiling attacks and frustrating deferences. School is eating a lot of my time. Two studio art classes, figure drawing II and watercolors I, and two history classes.
